Our Commitment to Data Privacy

GDPR

At Discuss.io, our mission is to connect brands with consumers. Through live video conversations and end-to-end services, we empower brands to build consumer understanding and empathy throughout the organization.

The security of your market research data has always been our top priority. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the new data protection regulations going into effect in Europe on May 25, has prompted us to review our policies and application features.

Over the coming weeks, you may notice some changes to the way we do business, including an updated and easier to understand Privacy Statement and consent wording for use of our platform. The updated Privacy Statement can be found on our website.

Additionally, we are working with our technical vendors and subcontractors to review their compliance strategies and update working agreements and data processing agreement (DPA) as necessary.

We know that you may have many questions about GDPR and the privacy of your data. We have created an FAQ page with more details on our infrastructure, policies, and certification under the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Frameworks.

If you’d like us to address specific questions or to request a DPA, please direct your comments to compliance@discuss.io.
